Build a great foundation of healthy habits and exercise that will last a lifetime with CAMpFitkids! Created and developed by NASM certified personal trainer, Sally Johnson; CAMpFitkids is a powerful program where kids and youth can find passion for fitness and athletes can train to excel in their sport.
CAMpfitkids is a year round youth fitness program for kids ages 8-18 at all fitness levels. We focus on strength training and form, speed/agility, balance/flexibility and creating a positive atmosphere where kids can develop a passion for fitness. Our coaches are certified personal trainers, experienced athletic trainers and love helping kids from beginner to athlete excel and reach their goals.
We work on physical and mental toughness in order to help build confidence in our fitkids and pride ourselves on giving back to the community by donating a percentage of our fees to Children‘a charities.
