Dr. Skyler Mayne
Dr. Mayne is a former division 1 football player who has had a passion for working with athletes his entire career. He has worked through 4 NFL combine training camps, 4 NFL offseason programs, and currently works with athletes from the NFL, NHL, MLS, MLR, UFC, and multiple Olympic and X Games athletes. In addition to working with top-level athletes, he brings this Top-level expertise to all those looking to take their body and training to the next level and keep their bodies ready for whatever their sport or life may throw at them.
Post-Operative Rehab/ Preventable Rehab
Two main focuses are post and Preoperative treatment sessions. Helping athletes abstain from unnecessary surgeries when not warranted and keeping them doing what they love. In addition to this we offer post-operative rehab getting patients back quickly and to a higher-performing level then pre-injury.
Performance Therapy
This is a blend of not only treatment and recovery sessions but then getting back in the gym, customized rehab sessions designed to not just help you get out of pain but to increase speed, power, and movement fluidity. Helping an elite athlete take his game to the next level through biomechanical analysis and fine-tuning the body to take on the riggers of their individual sport.
